Introduction to Bonsai (Module II)

In the Module I of of our worksshop, you have learnnt the basics: Bonsai syntax, animal tracking and logical operations.

During Module II of the Bonsai Workshop we will cover more advanced aspects of working with Bonsai. We will introduce BonVision library, used for visual stimuli presentation and VR applications, that will serve us as a framework to learn how to combine multiple datastreams and develop more complex, interactive behavioural paradigms. We will introduce one of the most important elements of Bonsai, behavioural subjects, and show you how to modify a specific variable in many branches of the workflow.

The workshop fee is EUR 10, but we offer fee waivers in case of need.
