Live Mouse And Rat Tracker Workshop

We are excited to invite you to our workshop on Live Mouse Tracker (LMT)!

LMT is open-source software designed to track mice over the long term. It has been created with one idea in mind: to provide behaviorists with a reliable system to automatically annotate what mice are doing in their environment and their social interactions. A new version of LMT designed to track rats is now commercially available. More information can be found on this website.

The workshop will be conducted by the creators of the software: Fabrice de Chaumont from Institut Pasteur, France, who will provide hands-on training on using LMT, and Elodie Ey from Université de Strasbourg, France, who will teach us how to conduct data analysis.

The workshop will take place on-site in Nencki Open Lab on December 4-5, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The registration fee is 100 EUR.

The registration form can be found here.
The application deadline is November 27.
