Workshop attendance rules

  1. To attend our workshops, you have to register via specified registration form and provide us with necessary information.
  2. As we usually have less spots on the workshop than the number of applicants, we will accept applications in their time order (i.e. early applications will be approved first), unless specified otherwise.
  3. Participant has 48 hr to confirm their attendance. In the case of the lack od confirmation, the attendance is being cancelled and the next person on a reserve list is accepted.
  4. Participants have 48hr hours to cancel their attendance. Cancellation after this deadline means that the participant has to cover the cost of the workshop.
  5. In case of not informing us about the cancellation of attendance, or the lack of payment in the case of late cancellation, participant will not be able to attend Nencki Open Lab workshops for the next 6 months (with possible exceptions in urgent cases).
